Lost Packages, Marked "delivered" but you don't have it

Please be patient and communicate with us as we try to track down your missing package.
All packages are scanned throughout the shipping process, some may be delayed. We recommend signing up for text or email updates on the carrier's tracking page OR download the "SHOP" tracking app.
Please be sure to check with your neighbors and local postman for mis-delivered packages. Please allow 48 hours for a potential redelivery. Please immediately file a lost claim on the carriers website. Once you file a lost claim please reach out to our customer service team and keep us abreast of the situation.
We work with you as best as we can to help you find your lost package.If you have had issues with theft in the past. Please email us to add complimentary *Signature Requirement to your order.
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. So we can change it as soon as possible.
If it has already been shipped we will not be held liable for the lost package. Please contact the carrier to have the package redelivered.
We do not give refunds for any purchases. We will gladly exchange an item within 15 days of your purchase. Exchanges for equal value only. Please note you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please immediately contact customer service at hello@boho-gal within 6 days of delivery. Please send us a picture of the broken item. We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. If the item is one-of-a-kind or out-of-stock we will offer a full refund.
We will provide a shipping label for the item to be mailed back to us. Once the item is returned we will ship the replacement and process the refund.
We offer free repairs for items purchased within 60 days. If you are passed the 60 day period we charge a $25 fee for replacing missing parts or repair. You will also be responsible to ship the item back to us.
Sale items are Final sale! They cannot be exchanged or repaired.
