Email Response Time Policy
We are a team of 3. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 11am-4pm. Your emails will be responded to within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes it may be a little longer. We promise we are not ignoring you. Please be patient and know that we will respond to you as soon as we can.
When will my order Ship?
The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business day. Please note, that due to varying demands and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not give refunds for any purchases. We will gladly exchange an item within 15 days of your purchase. We will repair your pieces for no extra charge (you will however have to pay for the shipping)
Flashsale items are Final sale! They cannot be exchanged or repaired.

Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days) - $8.95 Flat Rate
2 Day Priority Shipping (2 to 3 business days) - $12.00+
Standard International Shipping (1 to 3 weeks) - $12.95 Flat Rate. Please note sometimes it can cost more. We will not know until we enter the weight and the address. In that scenario we will send email for additional postage to be paid.
Priority International Shipping (4 to 10 business days)- $25+ (Free priority w/ orders over $250)
Gift certificates can be purchased.
Gift certificates are delivered electronically, and do not expire.
